I really didn't want to write this bad review because honestly, David Rand is very kind and ambitious and I understand how important reviews are for a company, however, I am left pretty dissatisfied with DMR. We purchased a 1950s home with a very outdated kitchen that my fiance and I wanted to get fully remodeled. We hired David to do the job which consisted of ripping out 2 walls, and redoing the kitchen floors, cabinets, sink, installing all new appliances, the whole deal. We also gave the entire house a bit of a facelift with painting the interior and a few other minor things.
