Personable and professional, Johnmichael was like a good buddy who also happened to be a great plumber. He listened carefully to our description of the problem (low water pressure), and went to work on the solution. Excellent customer service, JohnMichael was very helpful & knowledgeable with the best plan of action to deal with replacing sewer lines. He met with a MSD supervisor and saved us money by showing them one clog was on their end.
