I found the company based on the reviews which I go through thoroughly before contacting a vendor. This tech provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I believe his name was Tim. Tim diagnosed my problem in 5 mins if that and although it was a simple fix, he went above and beyond in explaining how HVAC systems work. As a person that has more than 20 years of customer service experience as well as one who takes pride in giving excellent customer service, this was a pleasant experience and I plan to recommend them to all of my family and friends. The folks at A&E were wonderful. We had lost heat in the late afternoon of a cold, cold day. We had our very young granddaughters here. They came out just after dark and restored our heat. I had a minor emergency, called A&E and they sent out a tech the same day. My AC unit fan motor was burned out and fortunately still under warranty so I only had to pay labor. At the same time the tech did the summer maintenance. Technician was very punctual, polite, professional. I received a full report of his findings outside, and under my house. He answered questions and provided additional information. I would highly recommend them.
