He was very polite and friendly, he knew immediately what to do to fix the situation and had the parts conveniently in stock in his van. My worries were over about 30 minutes after he arrived. He also took the time to flush the condensation piping to clear out debris. I am happy and will probably use Campbell's again if I need to.”
