Jonathan was great! When you call HVAC companies about a 29-year old system, you expect to see $$$ flash as they quote the replacement system. He was able to get the part mine needed and install it that day with no hard sell or fuss. Back to functional and still in the competition for oldest system on the block... I'll definitely call him again when I'm ready to replace one or both systems.As it turned out, I had to call Jonathan back for my other furnace soon after the initial fix. Again, he quickly diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger that was 9 years old, but possibly still under warranty. Jonathan has been servicing my heating and air units for a couple of years now and just replaced my downstairs unit.
