I was cited for driving erractic on the highway 17 North and using my cellphone while driving. I did not deny using my phone or slowing down below the 55 MPH speed limit. I had considered paying the ticket and the fine, however, after two or three day from the date I received the citation I received letters from various attorneys in the area and because Mr. Samuel B. Dixon had handled some business for a family members and gave us good service, I decide to call him. Mr. Dixon asked for my email address and the citation number and verified my phone number. When I heard from Dixon’s Law firm again the charges had been dismissed, I didn’t have to attend court, no points were added to my license or insurance. Hopefully, I want need his services for a matter such as this in the future, but if do, I know who to call.
Cindy and I want to thank the Owens family and their crew of remarkable workers for replacing the shingles on our house, garage and shop. Everything went smoothly and the clean up was impeccable!

but Maggie has never let me down. She always remembers my allergies and gives me a great cut.without using product .Other hair salons try to put product in my hair and tell me that it won't hurt me.I believe they're just not skilled enough to do my hair without using it. Maggie is the best. My hair is always perfect and you always have a great conversation while you're getting it done. I can't recommend this place enough!

Phylicia does an excellent job doing my wife and daughters hair in Edenton NC. It usually takes her right around an hour to do their hair. She is open to phone calls or text messages. She sends scheduled appointment emails too. Highly recommend her over other hair salons between Elizabeth City and Edenton NC.
Parking is limited and shared with salon next door, Laundromat and another store next door.

I gave up on another local veterinarian in my town because they don't take appointments. The wait could be 6 minutes or 6 hours. Chowan offers appointments and the people are friendly, kind and professional. The 45 minute drive is MORE than worth it.

I really liked my hair cut, it's just to expensive for me.
I always give $10 or $15 for a tip, it was $65 to cut/trim my short hair to make it shorter.
She told me it needed to get wet, because I had an old perm that frizzed my hair, she suggested she could wash it.
Maybe I was charged for that, I don't know.

Two months ago we moved to Edenton so I needed to find a barber. Today I gave Jerry a try and I will have to say he did a wonderful job. Got a pedicure here this morning. Michelle speaks very good English and gave a very gentle and thorough pedicure. The only thing I didn't like was there was no leg/foot massage included. You have to pay for the deluxe pedicure at 50.00 to get any kind of massage, which I'm not used to. For 35.00 I expected at least a 5 to 10 minute massage. Other than that, I was happy with the service!
