Living a long distance from our lots we were in search of a realtor that was honest, reliable, and excited to work and sell our lots. I called 2 of the biggest well known realtors in the area and they snubbed their noses at our lots because our tiny lots were not worthy of their time because they were not cleared; muchless, had no homes on them and felt as if they would not sell(really they were more worried about the tiny commission they would receive off of our lots versus the bigger property clients out there). Mary Barnes was God sent!!!
