I was cited for driving erractic on the highway 17 North and using my cellphone while driving. I did not deny using my phone or slowing down below the 55 MPH speed limit. I had considered paying the ticket and the fine, however, after two or three day from the date I received the citation I received letters from various attorneys in the area and because Mr. Samuel B. Dixon had handled some business for a family members and gave us good service, I decide to call him. Mr. Dixon asked for my email address and the citation number and verified my phone number. When I heard from Dixon’s Law firm again the charges had been dismissed, I didn’t have to attend court, no points were added to my license or insurance. Hopefully, I want need his services for a matter such as this in the future, but if do, I know who to call.
Highly recommended for traffic violations. Entire staff very friendly and easy to work with. If the need should arise in the future I would without question use you guys again!
