Chowan Animal Hospital is a wonderful practice. Our only complaint is that we didn't find them sooner before we had to move away from North Carolina. From the front desk to the doctors, we truly appreciated every interaction we had. We are now in MO taking care of my aging father, but when we move back to NC, we sure hope they will still be taking new patients because they are the best. Special thanks and love to Dr. Deruman for her kindess with our aging boy Gus in helping him to be comfortable during his last few months.
Dr Howell is by far the best vet I've ever gone to. Very pleasant and professional. Takes very good care of my little boston. Knows exactly what to do. Even returned my phone call personally. I think the world of Chowan Animal Hospital. Everyone is kind.
They helped me through the toughest time, losing my 16 year old baby. Very concerned, and the empathy was very genuine. Love all the staff that work there. I will forever be grateful.
