Jackie is the absolute BEST! Kind, caring, considerate, patient, thorough. And Dr. Smolenyak is the best eye doctor in the Albemarle area, period! Jackie deserves a raise, and Dr. S deserves an award. Hands down the most amazing optometrist and optometrist assistant ever!!!

My visit to the office was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and professional. It's always a wonderful visit everytime I go from the front desk to being in the back. Jackie is wonderful. I give the office 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

The staff was very polite and helpful. It didn't take long for them to get me seen. The Doctor's assistant Jackie was very thero and helpful and answered all my questions with intelligence and explained everything to me very well. She's a polite and knowledgeable individual. Doctor Sean Smolenyak was also polite and knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and even helped me understand some things that my old doctor got completely wrong. It was a delite to be in their care and I actually made my husband an appointment for September. This is a very wonderful eye care center and I feel lucky to have been in their care.
