Love this little studio! Sweet spot to get your yoga on and practice self care. Patti and Mary are fabulous teachers and both bring their gifts to the mat. The studio is well appointed and invites restoration and rejuvenation. I highly recommend you give them a try!
I'd practiced yoga years ago but after an automible accident that left me with a back and neck injury I knew I needed to commit to regular therapy. Patti assured me I would feel comfortable in any of the classes. She was right! I've attended a variety of classes and love them all. Looking forward to a new year full of Yoga at Arts and Wellness. It's proved to be great therapy, for not just my Injuries but my soul as well. Thank you Patti and Mary for creating such a welcoming environment.
A great balance of goodness for the body and spirt. Flexible times for yoga and pilates classes (for all levels of experiance.) First time I've looked forward to excercise! Be sure to try a class that combines meditation with the physical. Lyn Castellani
