My dog was admitted here for 3 days after she had a toxic ingestion. The staff was kind, and so gentle with my dog. The vet was knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to understand the decisions for my dog’s care. They called me regularly for updates. The pricing was transparent, and they were careful about interventions and the overall cost. It was lower cost that other nearby facilities. I would absolutely trust TVRH if we needed their expert care again
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff of doctors, nurses, and assistants who helped care for our dog during one of the scariest weeks of our lives. The ICU team is incredible and compassionate, called us with daily updates (and let us call multiple times during the day as well), listened to our concerns, and comforted our dog while we weren’t able to. We are forever grateful to Dr. Warren, Dr. McNeil, and the whole team at TVRH. I pray we never need to come back, but if we do I know my fur babies are in great hands.
Our primary care vet was booked up and recommended I bring my dog here. She was seen quickly and they were able to extract a seed that was irritating her paw right away. Very happy with our experience!
