Had a great experience with Duane at Premier. We had tons of questions about placement, products and installation. Duane was always responsive, helpful and professional. Provided us with good ideas. I also like the pricing packages as you could see cost of upgrades to help with decision making. Duane was great--very nice guy and a Veteran!

Overall we are very happy with our new Premier pool. Duane was very helpful during the design phase. He was responsive and patient with our request and changes. During the construction of the pool, Chris was always professional and responsive to our request. There was some coordination that needed to be worked out between some of our own sub trades and premier which Chris was always flexible with. We had a significant amount of hardscape which we were not satisfied. Chris and Premier had the work redone in order to meet our satisfaction.
