Sandy C. was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her attention to detail is evident and her soft approach is a key skill in what is usually a nerve wracking experience for some. Sandy is a major support to the continued strength of the holistic high quality associated with the Pella brand.
Christy O’Donnell visited us today to give us Pella replacement window and door quotes. She was pleasant and professional. She quoted what we thought we wanted and offered other ideas, too. A positive experience!
We chose Pella because of our past positive experience with the company. The real bonus this time came when Christy, Pella’s representative, came to explain their products and options. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about their doors, took the measurements of ours and wrote up our quote. After some discussion, we signed the contract and are now looking forward to installation.
