“I was in a tough spot. I had just fired my previous roofer and I needed a roof quickly as much of my roof had already been stripped. I reached out to Chris and his team at 21 Roofing and they delivered big time! I called him on Wednesday and the following morning at 6:30 AM he had all the supplies in my driveway along with a dump trailer and two crews ready to roll. By 6:45 the ladders were staged and the crews were stripping the roof. These folks moved with the precision of a drill team. It was readily apparent they knew what they were doing. This is a complicated roof, 60 squares with numerous gables, pitch changes, and step flashing required in both masonry, and cedar shake walls. I could tell by the nail gun count the installers used six nails per shingle which will provide the GAF high wind protection. The team completed the entire job in two days! 21 Roofing uses all qualify GAF products, even the drip edge is a full six inches rather than the cheap three inch stuff. On Saturday morning I met with Ronald the Project Manager to do a visual check on the entire job and to ensure I was pleased with their work. Quality products, quality workmanship, and a dedication to customer service. I couldn't be happier. Learn from my mistake, hire these guys first.“

“The SHS team of guys were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Raul, the team’s lead, had everything under control down to the littlest of things. The whole area was kept clean and safe. He handled everything and would reach out to us when something unexpected was found which was rare. We had exceptional communication with him and the whole SHS team throughout the job. The job was started on time and finished within a decent timeframe considering how large of a job it was. The price of the job was in line with other estimates I had gotten. (And I got a lot). We chose to go with SHS not because of the estimate but because of Rob. Rob Drumm put in a great deal of time and effort to make sure we were going to be happy with the final cost and finished product. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the work he was extremely patient with us considering it took us over a year to bite the bullet. If we need any work done in the future I would absolutely have them do the job.“

“I was in search on a new door for my front door. I looked at all of the usual places, and didn't find anything that I liked. I found HCR and I contacted them to give more info. Daniela come from HCR, she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We discussed many options. We talked about costume options. Being a mechanical designer myself I understood about the material, installation and all that it would take to choose, manufacturer and install the door. She told me of all the options. She also said that I could also choose any design for the glass, or make a sketch and it can be made on the glass. I chose to use an existing design and tweek it. I never told Daniela of my occupation, until after I signed off on the purchase. She never tried to upsell or steer me to something it didn't need. In my design, I wanted red in my design.
She advised me that red glass is more expensive. I replied that I knew. Un summary, my experience was excellent. Daniela was great to work with and honest. The door was installed with care and the precision that I hoped it would be. When I will need anything for the exterior of my house. I will surely call them first.“
