We had exceptional communication with him and the whole SHS team throughout the job. The job was started on time and finished within a decent timeframe considering how large of a job it was. The price of the job was in line with other estimates I had gotten. (And I got a lot). We chose to go with SHS not because of the estimate but because of Rob. Rob Drumm put in a great deal of time and effort to make sure we were going to be happy with the final cost and finished product.
