She clarified medical terms so I could understand what was happening and guided me through decisions with compassion.

She helped me heal from the trauma of my first birth and connected me with a therapist who specialized in perinatal mental health (which I did not even know existed). She is incredibly well connected in the Charlotte area and truly goes to bat for you, making sure your birth preferences are honored and your voice is heard every step of the way.

“We have utilized Visiting Angels since my mother-in-law needed elbow surgery back in July of 2025. When I first called to find out what the service was all about, Kala was great and took the time to explain the process to me. They were also very helpful in providing assistance with the home health insurance side of the equation. Insurance can be a very difficult part of the process and they encouraged me to get set up with the CareExchange software and that process has been awesome from a timeliness of payments etc...

We have had two care providers since August and they have both been wonderful and most importantly, my mother-in-law loves them. Vickie is always on time and available to help whenever we need her. She was a trooper during the night stays early on when it was rough. She is now helping during the days as well. Janay took on the daytime hours from the beginning and continues to do so today. We are very fortunate to have them both caring for my mother-in-law.

Bailey has also been great in scheduling and letting us know if there were any scheduling issues/delays with the care providers.
