“I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Bayada. My mom was discharged from a rehabilitation facility. The help we had, backed out on us. We were left without any help. Mom has severe spinal stenosis, basically paralyzed. When I reached out to Bayada, on a Saturday, in tears, they were more than kind and compassionate about my situation. We had help the next day.
Bayada has continued to be an awesome asset to my mom's Healthcare needs. Our caregivers are kind and compassionate while taking gentle care of mom. Bayada appears to have high standards for the caregivers they employ. Side note, their pricing was slightly lower than some of the other companies I checked into. Bayada is five stars in my book!”

“Our Mom was recently at Autumn Care for rehab after a hospital stay. I cannot say enough about the excellent care she received. We have heard so much about rehab centers in the area and you mainly hear the negative reviews. We toured a few and looked into all of the reviews and positive feedback which helped us decide on Autumn Care. Our Mom and the family could not be happier with the decision. She was comfortable, well cared for, enjoyed the food and her OT, PT and speech therapists were all amazing. They got her back to her level of independence (and maybe even better) so she could return home. The nursing staff, administration and aids were all lovely, extremely helpful and truly cared about our Mom. The facility is very nice, very clean and comfortable. Mom even found a new favorite hair stylist at the salon. There are too many people we could name in thanks and we will be sure to do that personally. We hope Mom will not be needing rehab again but should that situation arise, she will confidently return to Autumn Care.”
