Visiting Angels Charlotte is a part of the Visiting Angels network, providing essential home care services such as in-home care, dementia care, respite care, and companion care. The staff at Visiting Angels Charlotte are known for their kind and attentive care, as well as their capability and patience. The agency is praised for its compassionate staff who are committed to serving both their current and prospective clients. Clients describe the caregivers as an affectionate group, with the internal staff and supervisors also being affectionate. Visitors express feeling a great deal of kindness and that the caregivers look beyond any disabilities. We have utilized Visiting Angels since my mother-in-law needed elbow surgery back in July of 2025. When I first called to find out what the service was all about, Kala was great and took the time to explain the process to me. They were also very helpful in providing assistance with the home health insurance side of the equation. Insurance can be a very difficult part of the process and they encouraged me to get set up with the CareExchange software and that process has been awesome from a timeliness of payments etc...

Review for STARLET BATTLE.
Starlet, as compared to the other Visiting Angels that has worked for us, is a very responsible person that is knowledgeable about the care and support that is required for my wife. Being punctual, just one of her attributes, is not just nice it’s imperative in taking care of an individual that requires full time never ending care such as my wife. While in our service she “Owns the job”. She makes sure that the environment must be hospitable clean and only the proper food and medicine is administered to her patient. Starlet is the kind of employee that you want to care for your loved ones.
What a blessing Visiting Angels are! From the Administrative team to the Care team, we have experienced professionalism and compassion. Our Caregiver, Ms. Doris, is AMAZING! I mean that in the truest sense of the word. She has brought both skill and love, in abundance, to our mom and us! And a special tip of the hat to Mr. Jordan, who keeps us oganized with grace, efficiency and good humor! Rock Star!!!
