Based on the reviews, BAYADA Assistive Care is an outstanding company with caring and kind staff. The company provides home healthcare services, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and 24-hour care for supervision and ambulation. Everything about BAYADA has been positive. The staff, from office workers to nurses and CNAs, are caring, consistent, and dependable. They work as a team with family caregivers, communicating as needed to discuss what is best for the loved one. The care is exemplary, providing peace of mind. For those recovering from surgery, BAYADA is a wonderful support system that can send a case worker the same day, with care beginning the very next day for a smooth healing start. The caregivers are attentive to needs, providing personal attention that is both comforting and professional. They offer strategies and ideas for healthcare aids and report any changes in condition. BAYADA strives to use consistent caregivers as much as possible, and there is always coverage. Even clients who are resistant at first start enjoying the company of the caregivers. Their assistance is invaluable, and the office is a pleasure to work with for scheduling, billing, and nursing care planning.
I used Bayada for about 6-7 weeks this year after a major 8 hour back surgery. At first I needed 24 hour a day care and slowly cut hours back as I started recuperating. They were great and Natalie, my case manager, was fantastic and made sure I was well taken care of. All of the staff were very helpful with me. Most all of my caregivers were very supportive and friendly. They helped me with many things and kept my house clean and neat. I recommend them for anyone who needs help with their services! Would definitely use them again if need be!!
Outstanding company and staff. Bayada has been providing home healthcare services for our mother for several years. Everything about Bayada has been positive. We have peace of mind knowing the staff at Bayada is taking great care of our mother.
My mother and father have been using Bayada home health care services for 2 years. They are caring; this includes everyone from office staff, intake coordinators, weekend on call staff and the nurses and CNAs who come into their apartment. What I most appreciate is that Bayada works with me (and my husband) as the caregivers as a team. We communicate with each other as needed and discuss care and what is best for both of them. My mother just passed away and their care was exemplary.
My father is now on Hospice and I still utilize their services as caregivers as they are consistent and dependable. I highly recommend Bayada to anyone to care for your loved ones.
