We are very satisfied with PHC Home Health services. My elderly mother needs support and care at home and PHC assistants have delivered consistently. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help navigating the medical insurance requirements.
This review is about my mother’s CNA, Katherine. From the moment Katherine walks in the door, she has a smile on her face and has a positive attitude. She is always friendly and kind and very considerate of my mother. Katherine is dependable, trustworthy, and very skilled. She also is comfortable being around our two dogs, which is an added benefit. Anyone would be lucky to have Katherine as their CNA. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you PHC for sending her to us.
My mother has been with PHC for approximately 2 years. We were looking for an agency that could find an aide who was a good fit for my mother's needs. From the first day Rukiya was sent to us, my mother and I knew she would be perfect. Rukiya is highly skilled and very attentive to my mother. Rukiya is hard working and always wanting to do things exceptionally well. Rukiya is very caring and patient with my mother. I never have to worry about my mother when Rukiya is there.
