My father has just started receiving home care from PHC. He was previously receiving care from another agency which was a disaster. The assigned a 19 yo boy with no previous work experience. He never showed up on time and asked my Dad what to do. We then contacted PHC. PHC assigned Jose to my 94 year old father and the two hit it off immediately! They have so much in common. Jose has become a friend to my Dad and we see noticeable improvement in his energy, mental capacity and attitude. Dad is much happier now. He looks forward to Jose arriving.
