“MSI is the best stone showroom that we have visited in Charlotte. The stone slabs are very well lit and are organized by a preprinted sheet that facilitates keeping track of favorite pieces. Joanna was very patient and provided lots of helpful information, as did Caitlyn. The whole experience was positive from the time we entered the front door until we chose our slabs.”
“Scheduling the initial appointment was easy and accommodating. UFC has a great reputation in the area and they brought a high knowledge level of the materials and processes. The work was scheduled quickly and conveniently. The installation went very well and the floor looks great. And...as a bonus....the price was very reasonable. Thanks UFC team!”
“I worked with this company through my realtors while living out of state, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Even without direct communication, they handled everything professionally and completed the work promptly. My realtors shared that the team was reliable, respectful, and easy to coordinate with. Their pricing for the repairs was reasonable, which I truly appreciated since I was managing everything from another state. They made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend their services.”
