“For the last three months, I have had several aids from HOME INSTEADwatch my wife for several hours while I either went shopping or played golf with friends. The care given by the aids taking care of my wife was exceptional. They showed true compassion and made the effort to keep her busy By doing puzzles, taking walks, or drawing with color in a coloring books. Chantel, One of the aids she saw most often was truly exceptional. She would bring in her own materials to work with my wife during the day to keep her mind occupied. When Chantelle heard that I was moving my wife into a full-time memory care facility right in my area she was saddened, but asked if she could visit her to help the transition.
