Aaron and Michelle are caregivers that take care of my Dad at his assisted living facility. They are fantastic! They know exactly what they are doing, they always communicate with me and he feels loved and care for - I have worked with other home health agencies and these are the very best!

Amedisys comforted my mom (and me) for a year before she recently passed. She was in an assisted living facility the whole time. Even during Covid, they managed to get in and assess her and give guidance to the staff at the facility.

They were wonderful and they updated me frequently. At the end, they were there every step of the way, providing a specialized bed, proper meds and advice for me and the staff. I couldn't have asked for more and their staff was friendly, proactive and professional.

PT and OT therapists and assistants are phenomenal! They provide great care with realistic goals.

However, the support staff is lacking. Because Medicare requires that home health agencies take over medical supplies that are mail ordered, we must get them through Amedisys. There is always a problem with these orders. Multiple changes in Mgmt have not resolved the issues.

We stay with Amedisys because of the outstanding therapy they provide. But, my patience is running out.
