“I stepped on my eyeglasses and one eyepiece was dangling. I needed to drive to an appointment out of town. What to do? I called 20/20 Eyeworks, which happened to be nearby. I was told to come by and they would do their best, but could send it out to an excellent place if they couldn't fix it. I drove right over, walked in, they took my glasses, and had them fixed within a few minutes. In the meanwhile ,I looked around the place at the showcases full of eyeglass frames. They have beautiful frames and a wide array of choices. This is a LOCAL place with every advantage. I'll be back there for sure the next time I need new glasses.“

“I brought my very old glasses with me hoping to be able to reuse the frames. They were up front and clear that they would do the best they could to fit the new lenses in the old frames but that there was a good chance that the frames would break during the transfer. I got a message less than 24 hrs later that the glasses were ready for pick up. Wonderful friendly service, good Covid protocol, and my new lenses in the old frames are comfortable and I am 100% thrilled with every aspect of the experience.“

“All of the associates at this location are super professional, friendly and informative. Wait times are almost non- existent, as we are seen almost immediately. Dr. Wrzosek performed a cataracts surgery on my husband's right eye with flying colors, doing his other eye next week. The patient coordinator Donna Hernandez is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help patients with scheduling and billing and always looking to help us anyway she can. We live in Clayton, but the 50 minute drive is well worth it for the great experience and service we receive. Highly recommend for serious eye surgeries.“
“My daughter went to Triangle visions optometry for Vision Therapy. I can’t say enough about this team. Our Vision Therapist was amazing! It was a mentally and physically challenging experience for my daughter over many months but she always wanted to go to her appointments, somehow had FUN and solved the health issue we set out to clear. Our family cannot recommend them more. It’s not cheap or easy but if you are dedicated they will help you succeed and have a great time doing it!“
