I missed a call and when I called back the lady on the phone had an attitude and hung up on me while I was asking for an emergency appointment. Thats just overly unprofessional and we were on call for less than 30 seconds, where is the patience??
Called multiple times and have only picked up the phone a few times. I've been waiting to get my wisdom teeth removed and have been calling since last month. What's the point of this place??
6/5/26: Days later and still haven't called me back so I can set up an appointment. Go to another place these people don't care.
After going to the UNC school of dentistry for an x-ray (who were great), they sent us to the oral surgery floor where they thought they could fit us in. Seven hours after checking in, at closing time, they still had not seen my daughter for a broken tooth and we were forced to walk out. if I could give them zero stars I would.
