Dentists in Apex

“Had my initial/new patient visit this morning. I am very pleased. They were very professional in establishing the details of my particular dental condition. Holly the hygienist was friendly and very thorough. Dr. Miller reviewed everything with me explaining both immediate and future needs. The exam and consult ran a bit long so they asked if it was possible to reschedule the cleaning at my convenience. This was handled without problem. I would also like to mention how genuinely nice and helpful Christa and Gabby are out front. My initial impression is hugely positive!

11/18 Had my cleaning this morning. Taken right in on time. Without question the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Holly did an outstanding job. Got with Gabby about a 6 week follow up and my 6 month cleaning. She let me know up front what my benefits covered which was helpful. Very pleased with my choice for a new dentist and am very comfortable recommending them.

6/3 Had my 6 month cleaning/review. Again, Holly was very thorough and Dr. Miller explained absolutely everything going on and options. I am extremely pleased with the level of care. Unfortunately, they accept Delta Dental but are not under contract so that leaves an at times considerable patient responsibility. I have an option to establish with a practice that is under contract with Delta Dental but I am willing to pay for the level of care. I like it here.“

“I can not express the gravity that was lifted after visiting this office. I am a VERY anxious patient after years of bad dentists and problems with my teeth… and the inability to get numb. I cry at the thought of having to go. Dr. Schuette AND all of her staff were so kind and gentle with me. They were so understanding and took their time with me. They even covered me with a weighted blanket to help me feel safe. They were highly skilled and gave me repeated breaks when I needed them. After the work was done, I literally broke down at the check out to let them know how much I appreciated All of their expertise and demeanors during my visit.
