“PPES has just completed the installation of my new 26kw Kohler whole-house generator. These setups are long, expensive and complicated projects to work through and I am not a self-appointed generator expert. I did my research and decided to pay up for a big Kohler in light of frequent power outages in our neighborhood.
There are fewer Kohler dealers than Generac ones in western NC so I had to look around a bit but I am glad to have worked with PPES. Justin was very patient and supportive of my many questions on the permitting, technical and scheduling side, and he was able to get me an extended 10 year warranty for some additional peace of mind. The installation crew of Edgar, Andrew, Douglas and Sam were courteous, hardworking and efficient. While I am not looking forward to future lights-out in my neighborhood, I am now hopeful that I will no longer be in the dark when they inevitably happen.”
