When I say Jerrid and his crew go above and beyond, this is a gross understatement. They have completed two large jobs for me this year and both have been excellent. Each associate is skilled and go out of their way to explain the best course of action, stress what is needed and what is not, and exactly how the job will be carried out. They are extremely responsive and Jerrid has fielded all of my questions throughout each job. He has gone out of his way to ensure that my home is well taken care of, twice showing up to address a service need within an hour. There is a reason this crew has 5 stars, all well earned.

We had a rather complicated issue with our electrical ties to the heat pump. Jared figured out exactly what was wrong, kept us informed throughout the process, and knew the right parts that were needed. He is very pleasant to deal with and has reasonable rates. We are thrilled to have found a good electrician and will certainly be using his services again.
