The only complaint I have is that it’s always freezing in there. The door is left wide open sometimes, which is great in the fall but NOT in the winter. It’s hard to go in the colder months because it literally feels like a freezer in the place. I shiver while there and leave with ice cold hands and feet. It is very uncomfortable! I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with that amount of cold all day long. (May as well work outside.)“
