“Pretty good Ulta location! I’ve only had positive experiences with shopping in-store, online ordering, using my rewards/coupons, and returns. Everything goes smoothly. I do online ordering frequently — orders are ready pretty quickly and they help me verify that all my items I ordered are in the bag before I leave. I’m usually the kind of person who comes to Ulta with a mission knowing exactly what I’m going to get, but employees are helpful when I do need help finding something in-store or if I have a question.

My only complaint (and it’s not a deal breaker, it’s just annoying) is that they’ve locked up all the fragrance testers. The employees often look pretty busy, and I'm not seriously about to burden some poor employee who’s busy with other stuff to follow me around to unlock the fragrance cases so I can sample fragrances. It’s a thoughtful process that takes time. All of the fragrance testers are still out at the busier Beaver Creek location, so why not here? Please come up with a better loss prevention solution that doesn’t punish all of us who just wanna sniff stuff!! Body mist testers are still around throughout the store, so if you want to test those, you can do that here.
