Yana is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! I don’t just say that either, because I haven’t had great experiences with wax specialists. But Yana will take the time to get it right. She listens and she’s so patient and kind. She’s very professional and attentive, and makes sure you don’t leave until you’re satisfied. She has excellent techniques to ensure she does the best job possible. She’s also super fun to talk with during the appointment to help you feel more comfortable, if that’s your thing! I hate the inconvenience of getting waxed, but Yana makes it a much more tolerable experience!

Mariah did such a good job waxing me. I never had a waxer who has paid so much attention to detail. I can genuinely see not a single hair and it was painless! I will be back for her!
