I’ve got to brag BIG on Bay Pest Control. When I made my previous post about my flea problems, it was never meant to appear that BP was in the wrong. I just honestly thought this was our problem, and they’d done what they were contracted to do. However. They have gone above and beyond to help me, never giving me ANY issues with the amount of times they’ve had to come back. Poor Rocky (and Jimmie, and the office staff) has heard me cuss (not at them!), watched me cry and seen me twitching with anxiety about it all. I’m very hopeful that soon we will be completely rid of these little pests. Since I live with wildlife and the back bay so close, we are going on quarterly flea service to make sure this never happens again.
Sent someone out for a free inspection. We knew there were termites just didn't know how bad. They came out, looked, found the termites and where they were entering the home. Since it was "minor" they simply told us where to purchase the killer and how to take care of it ourselves. Honesty isn't something you find an abundance of in today's world.
