“Dr. Swierk sat with Poppy on the ground to get her real comfortable for the exam. We followed up on a previous appointment about surgery and he laid out all the information for me. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure to fully answer any questions/concerns I had.“

“I started taking my dogs to Animal Talk as the rescue they came from partners with them and they already knew my dogs. It’s a drive for us in emergencies as we are in St. Charles but it is so worth it. Pricing is justifiable and they always give you a quote of what to expect. This vet has seen my dogs at all aspects. Sick, emergencies, IVDD and chiropractor visits, and through death. They are always helpful, make time for pets to be seen when emergencies happen, and were very thoughtful and caring when we dealt with the death of our 16 year old lab last month. Our chiweenie was sick today and they allowed her to stay to be monitored as I was nervous to leave her home while I was at work. Deja, Boujee, and Bosley (?) thank the vets, vet techs, and other staff for all they’ve done for them.“

“Dr King is the best and I really appreciate the staff helping me out by trimming my 2 elderly dogs nails on the same visit since I can't take them to a groomer. It is less traumatizing to them. My biggest concern is cost. I can't afford all the preventive testing, etc. being recommended. I appreciate Dr King working with me to do just what is absolutely necessary. I also appreciate the coupons they run in the Ad Pages.“

“We have used Carter Pet Hospital for many years and they have been amazing with our dogs even in the rough times. The staff is caring, professional, and truly takes the time to make sure your pet is comfortable and well cared for. They explain everything clearly and treat our pup like family. “We have been bringing our pups to Mexico Rd Animal Hospital since 1993. The old house on Mexico Rd could get a little tight on a Saturday morning but well worth the care we received. The new office on Sonderen Street is nice and spacious. All the vets, especially Dr. Hoernig, and vet techs have sincere concern for the wellbeing of our dogs. We will never take them anywhere else.“

“Spencer Creek Animal Hospital was phenomenal with my rescue dog’s recent spay. Since this spay was done thru my dog’s rescue this was not the vet we normally use and I didn’t know what to expect. Melissa the tech vet was amazing! She gave me so much valuable education.Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and so careful with my sweet dog. Dr Boyle took her time and updated me on my dog’s surgery and post op care. She even sent me home with more information regarding a separate medical issue I brought up. Everyone I met from the front office receptionist to the entire medical team was friendly and helpful and all of them loved on my dog. Post spay she is doing well and they even checked in the next morning to see how she is doing. If you are looking for a caring vet practice I highly recommend them.“
