All the staff is fantastic. It’s clear the techs and the vet, Kevin, take their time to really talk to you and tell you about your dog. I never feel rushed and when I’ve needed to come in for something more urgent, they made it happen. I’ve lived in many states and counties and have seen many vets- this place is the best so far. I love how they use cheese whiz to distract and make it a less scary place. I was just there this past Thursday and Lacey, our tech, was fantastic and is really helping make sure our puppy is having a good association with the vet.
We have been going to The Pet Doctor since we moved back to this area from Chicago. All of the doctors, techs, and staff have been amazing. A couple of days ago our doodle, Barclay, became really sick. The level of care, attention, education we received from Dr.McManus at both the Winghaven and Cottleville locations was incredible. We felt Barclay was in the best hands. He wasn’t an easy case, trying to figure out what was going on, but she kept us informed throughout. I rarely provide reviews, but felt the level of care was so good I needed to. We would trust Dr.McManus and The Pet Doctor every time.
