We love Carter Pet Hospital and have always loved Dr. A. We had the best experience with Dr. Lauren Whitelock. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate. We had to unexpectedly make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down and she went above and beyond to try everything she could. She took her time to explain the results of various tests in great detail and help us navigate this difficult situation. The technicians were also very helpful and kind. On our hardest day, I will not forget their kindness. They made our baby comfortable and the process peaceful. I highly recommend Dr Whitelock. She’s wonderful.
We have taken our many pets to Carter Pet Hospital for quite some time. From the time we call to set an appointment, to checking us in, to being seen by any of their vets, it’s always a pleasant experience. They have been there with us through the excitement of new pets, the worry of emergencies and the heartbreak of losses. They are always professional while still keeping things on a personal level. We truly appreciate their knowledge, compassion, and the love they have for the animals.
I have been going to Carter for over 15 years. The staff and all the Doctors are wonderful.
I have cats and dogs and have had so much support thru the hard visits and decisions to be made and the good visits as well with new additions to our family. Highly recommend. Very personable and caring!
