Our girl has had skin issues for over a year. She had a bad experience with our previous vet and they became afraid of her. Even with her medicated they wouldn’t touch her to perform any diagnostics—kept prescribing meds that would work but the issues would always return. They referred us elsewhere, which makes no sense since they never even offered to do any tests for her that can easily be done in the clinic. The staff at Back on Track were very nice, gentle and never acted afraid of our girl. They were able to examine her, perform tests, get blood without issues. She was given treats and they earned her trust. Great experience all around.
