“Thomas Raymond has been a patient since 2017. He's been fine healthwise regardless of his age. Every time Thomas Raymond gets innoculations, he uses his signature scream. We can all ignore it now. And we laugh. This year his January 3, 2022, annual visit found kidney problems, so they switched him to a Purina kidney diet dry dog food. I was shocked that he liked it. I'm familiar with this KD situation. It happens in older dogs. Thomas Raymond is 16. (My Dad was a veterinarian, and I worked in his hospital.) Then, following a groomer visit February 22, the groomer at Canine Cottage told me his anal glands needed to be excised (squeezed). There are internal and external anal glands. Only the vet can take care of the internal anal glands. So, I called Veterinary Care Center immediately, and got Thomas Raymond an appointment for 9 a.m., February 23. I took him, waited in the parking lot, and he was escorted out anal-gland-free-of-anal goo!!!!! What a wonderful response to my situation! I so appreciate their perpetual friendliness to owners and animals. And their accommodation to Thomas Raymond's situation.“

“Hi there my name's Lisa and I would like to thank the staff and Doctor K and Mrs K for everything they did for my Baby Yellow bird. She was very very sick and we almost lost her. Thanks to them and the staff and their excellent expertism. After 11 days in ICU . She's been Home 2 weeks today and is almost herself again.
