“We love Carter Pet Hospital and have always loved Dr. A. We had the best experience with Dr. Lauren Whitelock. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate. We had to unexpectedly make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down and she went above and beyond to try everything she could. She took her time to explain the results of various tests in great detail and help us navigate this difficult situation. The technicians were also very helpful and kind. On our hardest day, I will not forget their kindness. They made our baby comfortable and the process peaceful. I highly recommend Dr Whitelock. She’s wonderful.”
