“My five year old Cavalier tore his CCL and was in debilitating pain. Dr Birks performed the TPLO & MPL surgery about six weeks ago.I observed an improvement within a week in Louie’s pain and mood. The recovery process was much better than I expected. Post-op instruction, communication and follow up were excellent.The staff is amazing! I knew he would be in good hands and well taken care of at our initial visit.He still has some healing to do but I am very pleased with the surgery technique that Dr. Birks performed.(Photo of Louie in grass is the day after surgery… a little drugged up still.)“
“I have met with 3 different vets at this medical center over the last 6 or 7 weeks. I recently switched Vets to be closer to our home. I had to make the decision to put my sweet baby to sleep. ALL of the staff, nurses and vets have been incredibly kind and patient over the last 7 weeks as we tried to navigate what was wrong with Izzy and how we might treat her. In the future when the time is right for another rescue I will be returning to this Vet. Thank you for everything and thank you for being so kind and taking the time to really talk about her care.“

“I cannot say enough about this place. I normally would see Dr. Melissa who I have loved. She has always cared so much about my dog and never wrote her off just because of her age like other vets have. She always tried to come up with a solution to help her and putting her down was never brought up. I saw Dr. Julie for the first time a little over a week ago and she was also amazing. Last night we had to get in for an appointment and the only vet that was available was Dr. Katheryn. We had never seen her before so I was a little nervous not having Dr. Melissa. Come to find out my dog had cancer not just a cough and it had spread everywhere. I was not expecting to have to leave without my whole world in my arms that I've had for more than half my life. Dr. Katheryn was so kind, compassionate and she didn't even know my dog. I couldn't have asked for a better vet to be with me during the most difficult moment of my life. She explained everything in such a way that was comforting to my young children so they understood what was happening during it. The office closed while we were still there yet they never rushed us out of there. They told us to take as much time as we needed. Our vet tech, who I don't recall her name, was amazing as well and very accommodating. Thank you to all of you for treating my baby girl so good, being so genuine and caring. I will never forget each one of you and the way you helped care for her throughout this past year of her life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ?“

“Today we had to put down 1 of our dogs. It was a heartbreaking, emotional experience. The vet, techs and receptionist were so kind, compassionate and empathetic. The receptionist even gave my mom and I hugs as we were leaving. I would recommend them to anyone. Euthanasia is not an easy decision and they made it as comfortable as possible for us. I am going going to switch our vet care for our other dogs to this practice. I had never used them before today and felt as if I had been going there for years. Thank you for being so kind “

“My dog had some problems walking with his back legs one morning and I couldn't get in to our normal vet. I called a few places, and they said to come down and they would get me in as soon as I got there. The receptionist Jodie gave me the paperwork and highlighted the important parts so that I could get seen right away. The nurse Leeanna was kind to both me and my dog. I was very upset and had been crying, and she instantly handed me a tissue box and put me at ease. The vet Dr. Riley listed to my explanation and did an examination on my dog. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain what she was doing and gave me tips for things to look for at home. We got his medicine, she wrote down some suggestions with a list of 24 hour vet hospitals if there was an emergency, and insisted that if I needed anything to feel free to call or email. I was in and out in 30 minutes with some of the best attention I have ever received for my dog and I truly appreciated it.“
“Lucy, our 13 year old Chocolate Lab, was nearing the end of her time. We had been in on a Saturday to see Dr Blake Sutton. The visit was caring, quick, and efficient. I ended up taking her back home to try to make her more comfortable, but we had to come back a few days later. Dr. Abby Whiting and the rest of the staff helped us handle a very difficult situation in the best way possible. She helped explain the process to our teenage son, said some wonderfully comforting words to us, and truly helped us handle the situation in an amazing way.“
“Brought my dog Daphne in for a nail trim, she’s terrified of them and an absolute nightmare, but the vet got it done quickly and as painlessly as possible. Also brought our dog Bubba in for severe allergies and she was able to find a medication that makes his life so much easier in one visit. They care about the animals and they don’t gouge you in the process of caring for them. Definitely recommend highly.“
