This last month I found out why this place has all 5 star reviews. I came to Mike at Eatherton about a month ago desperate to find a less expensive price on the carpet for my new home. I needed a LOT of carpet and had only gotten quotes that were around $6.50/square foot. I also needed this carpet on a tight timeline within a specific window. When I first went to the store I was a bit panicked as I needed to order carpet within 24 hours to get it in time. Mike said he could come measure right away and he did. Was looking for a good carpet company and found the best carpet company. Everything from start to finish was great. Was treated like family and the job was completed on time. Very professional and respectful of property. Couldn't be happier.

Mike was great to work with and was very helpful. He answered all my questions and had good suggestions. The team he sent to install arrived on time, masked and did a great job. They were respectful of my property and very nice to deal with. Personal service, great communication, competitive prices and locally-owned!
