“I and my family have been patients here for about 35 years. We've always been treated with utmost respect and care. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and the doctors have always been thorough and considerate. I am dreading the day our doctor retires and we have to find a new one. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.“

“Been seeing Dr Houchin for years and he’s amazing. No surprise that he is a top Doc in the area. He takes time to know each patient. Never rushing through.Years ago he was able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. He got me into an hospital for an MRI and subsequent appendectomy before midnight. (I was told by another hospital system to just come back when it got worse the day before.)Esther is amazing up front as are all the staff. Robin patiently supports everyone calling in for refills (I’m hoping she has a great retirement plan - she deserves it!).Friendly. Accommodating. First class service all around.“
