“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with No Leash Needed - Rock Hill. Kristina was our trainer for puppy and she is fantastic. It is obvious she loves to train dogs and does a great. So patient and clear with lessons. My puppy learned so much in such a short time (3 weeks) and he is very young, just now 4 months. I had an accident and couldn't keep him last week, and Kristina figured it out and made it all work for us. And concluded the week w sending me a video!!! Bravo to NLN.!!! we will be back.“

“Webster has given my pets excellent care in emergency cases. Will forever be grateful. But for whatever reason if you schedule an appointment you won’t be called into the room for 30 minutes to and hour. I do my to stay away from waiting rooms but never once in my life other than here do you get called for a timed schedule appointment and hour after said time. EVERYTIME“

“This was such a wonderful find! My dogs LOVE to swim and this was a perfect place for them to do so. There's a big pool and a smaller pool. Tay is very nice and works really well with and understands dogs. My dogs had a blast! We will definitely be back - great spot in STL!“
“Please take the time to read-2yrs ago I gave one star and today I give 5We visit the internal medicine dept frequently for echocardiograms for our pets- now 3 in total over the last few years. Jackie, Jessica & Dr.Bergner are as good as they get. Kind, patient, thurough and are genuinely sweet to my pets. Highly recommend and trust them entirely which is now rare within a vets office we have found. I give them a million stars.There are two true emergency vets in the area- VSS (Manchester) and Webster. Let me tell you VSS is as evil and money hungry as they come. They will let your pet die to prove a point. I would avoid them at all cost. Which is how we ended up back at Webster.I have had a love and hate relationship with Webster over the years.1. The doctors are excellent. They are thurough. They are kind. They will answer any question you have and have surprised me with how much time they're willing to spend with you.2. The techs/ nurses are hit or miss. I adore some of them and are truly thankful for them. With that being said, I also made one cry because I gave her the attitude back that she gave me. Like any office of any kind this is just the game you have to play. Over all my pet is taken care of.3.Price- it's an emergency vet. You're going to pay an arm and a leg. However, after shopping around we have found they actually are not that bad when compared to other vets/emergency/urgent care -TRUST ME. Call around and ask another office for a quote on the recipt you went home with. You'll see.Overall, of course there are things I wish they would improve upon to make it a 5 star visit everytime but I am thankful for the care my kids get 99% of the time.“
