We came here for a puppy check up we drove 2 and half hours we ended up with Dr.Patrick Tate dvm he was amazing he was so knowledgeable about animals he treated my puppy so good u could see the love he has for animals even though he has been a vet for years u can tell his love for animals has not diminished he was also so easy to talk to he was so nice he is way better than the vet I have now if he wasn't so far I would definitely be bringing my animals here I just wanted everyone to know don't let the bad reviews convince u not to go here I was worried after reading the reviews but it's nothing like the bad reviews say even the reception staff were so nice and caring
The staff is always very friendly and patient. The facility is usuallly pretty clean.
Love that they offer puppy training classes. Not sure if they overbook appointment times, but there tends to be an extended wait time even with appointments. I've had to wait 20mins before escorted to an exam room. And then additional 15min+ wait in the exam room before the doc arrives.
The doctors and staff have always treated my pets and me kindly. I’ve had to take several dogs to urgent care over the last 15 years and I appreciate them taking care of my babies when they need it most.
