Please take the time to read-2yrs ago I gave one star and today I give 5We visit the internal medicine dept frequently for echocardiograms for our pets- now 3 in total over the last few years. Jackie, Jessica & Dr.Bergner are as good as they get. Kind, patient, thurough and are genuinely sweet to my pets. Highly recommend and trust them entirely which is now rare within a vets office we have found. I give them a million stars.There are two true emergency vets in the area- VSS (Manchester) and Webster. Let me tell you VSS is as evil and money hungry as they come. They will let your pet die to prove a point. I would avoid them at all cost. Which is how we ended up back...read full review

Dr. Germany is great. Sure, I had to wait for an hour, but that's life. When Dr. Germany arrived she immediately saw that my cat wasn't well. She listened patiently and attentively, asked clarifying questions and then diagnosed a serious matter that required immediate attention. 20 minutes later my cat was feeling and looking better and now that he's home he's back to his normal self. (Additional praise goes to the vet tech (I think her name is Bryde.). Thanks for taking care of Dempsey!

I tried elsewhere and elsewhere doesnt treat you like family. Webster groves has been part of our dogs lives from beginning to end. I can’t trade them:) highly recommend if you want trust, commitment and family oriented.
