“Brandon and team are the best of the best. He worked with us to get a new roof completed on our home after we dragged our feet on it after hail damage 8 months prior. He worked directly with the insurance company and I and met with the insurance agent at our home to get our roof covered properly. We had a few things that the insurance company would not initially cover and he worked tirelessly to try and change that and ended up helping us get some of that covered as well. We also worked with him after the purchase of a new home and he was able to recommend to us honestly what needed to be done and what looked like it could wait for another time (we were buying AS IS so the insurance company wasn't going to be on this one). He was able to recommend a great handyman to us to help with some of the other issues we had as well. I would and have recommended Restoration Professionals to everyone! I was extremely impressed with the entire process having never had to deal with insurance for our home or get a new roof prior to this and they made me feel entirely confident in the entire process! “TL;DR: Todd at John Beal is the guy you want. He went above and beyond, answered all my questions, checked in constantly, and made the whole drawn-out insurance/roofing process way easier than I ever expected.

I don’t usually write good reviews (I’m more of a “complain when things go wrong” type ?), but Todd really deserves it. This whole process started back in April and didn’t get finished until this past week thanks to all the insurance drama, and Todd stuck with me the entire time.

It was my first time dealing with a homeowner’s insurance claim and he walked me through everything, no matter how small my question was. I had to deal with a shady third-party adjuster who wouldn’t give me an estimate unless I agreed to use him, and then my insurance company dragged their feet and even refused to cover skylights because “they didn’t leak right away.” Through all of that, Todd had my back and helped me figure out what to do.
