I left a message with Mr. Martin’s office seeking legal advice concerning a real restate transaction. I promptly received a call from Mr. Martin and I explained the situation and the terms of the purchase contract. Since this was an out of state sale, Mr. Martin recommended that I contact an attorney from that state, who would be more familiar with the laws of that state. I expected the conversation to end at that point, but he expressed concerns about the terms of the sale and continued on with the conversation, giving me great legal advice concerning this transaction. Steve was very honest and transparent with our situation. Instead of pushing his services and collecting money from us right away he gave us advice on ways to try to handle our situation before going that route. If our situation gets to the point, we will not think twice before hiring him for his services.

Mr. Martin was very pleasant and answered all of my questions on a real estate issue. He explained all issues I brought up clearly and put my tensions at ease. I definitely recommend him.
