“I do not want to leave a bad review, hence the four stars, but I was caught off guard by the abrupt reaction of the person attending the calls. My point in writing is to bring this to attention. My call was answered by a lady, when I mentioned I'd like to get a consultation, the phone got hung up. Okay, I thought maybe it was a mistake, or that it cut, second time I call, a lady responds again and says they are too busy right now and will give a call back if they can consultations, abrupt close of the call again. As much as I understand a busy schedule, this can put off people as unwelcoming and even rude. I do not want this brief exchange to shape my perspective of your clinic, you seem to have great people working on treating your patients with great care and I'd like to be seen by your doctors, however, the call line response was really unwelcoming.“

Physical & Sports Therapy Services Physical Therapy

“RPI is a Physical Therapy service unlike any other I've ever experienced. They meticulously interview and evaluate the patient to ascertain where the patient is, what her goals are, and how to achieve those goals. They are hands on, and do far more than hand the patient a list of exercises to do at home. There is massage, heat, exercise evaluation and recommendations, doing the exercises with the patient. With each step, the outcome is evaluated. It is a privately owned organization that I will return to with any PT needs I ever need. I had no idea there were PT organizations that went to these lengths. I have no connection with the company. I'm just a very satisfied patient.“

“Dr. Talbert has been a true blessing during one of the most difficult periods of my life. She is incredibly kind, genuinely listens, and makes you feel cared for the moment she walks in the room. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched, but it’s her compassion that sets her apart. I am so grateful for the way she supported and guided me when I needed it most. I can’t recommend her enough.“

“My father was a patient of Karen Brown’s almost continuously for four years. He benefitted greatly from her efforts to improve his balance and strength. She also helped him recover from a broken ankle along the way. She guided us in the use of equipment as it became necessary (walker and eventually a wheel chair). Most of all, it was Karen’s outstanding care and compassion. She sounded the alarm when there was an abrupt medical crisis that allowed us to intervene in a timely manner. She adjusted her expectations as needed and altered her interventions according to his functioning level. As the caregiver daughter, I could rely upon Karen as a core member of the medical team. Karen enriched my dad’s life through relationship, through the consistently excellent therapy that she provided, and through her knowledge of medicine. There is no doubt that she improved the quality of his life and even contributed to extending his lifetime. Karen will remain special for me even though my dad’s life has now ended. I would not hesitate to call on her should another loved one or I need PT! Thank you, Karen! This is clearly not just a job for you. I remain grateful for your care.“

Vidan Family Chiropractic Physical Therapy

“Safe, capable, easy chiropractic care. I came to Vidan for an old nagging injury and had pretty much given up hope I’d ever feel better. After three weeks of consistent care at Vidan, I was almost back to my normal pain free self. Vidan is a well-oiled machine— the doctors genuinely care, it’s easy to make an appointment, parking is just outside the building and the support staff is kind. If you are trying to decide whether or not to seek chiropractic care, you will be so glad you did and Vidan is the place to do it.“

“I’ve always been extremely skeptical of chiropractors, worried they would do more harm than good. Earlier this year, my daughters and I were in an accident. While my oldest daughter and I sought physical therapy for recovery, my oldest started treatment with Dr. Sas. She recovered quicker than us. Under his care, she steadily returned to her cute, fun, spunky self. After 4 months of physical therapy, my oldest and I still didn’t feel 100%. We decided to give Dr. Sas a try. WHY did we wait so long?! After just 6 weeks, we feel great! Thank you Gateway Chiropractic for giving us our lives back! If you’re reading this, and you’re skeptical like I was, DON’T be! BOOK NOW! You will be so glad you did!“
