“I do not want to leave a bad review, hence the four stars, but I was caught off guard by the abrupt reaction of the person attending the calls. My point in writing is to bring this to attention. My call was answered by a lady, when I mentioned I'd like to get a consultation, the phone got hung up. Okay, I thought maybe it was a mistake, or that it cut, second time I call, a lady responds again and says they are too busy right now and will give a call back if they can consultations, abrupt close of the call again. As much as I understand a busy schedule, this can put off people as unwelcoming and even rude. I do not want this brief exchange to shape my perspective of your clinic, you seem to have great people working on treating your patients with great care and I'd like to be seen by your doctors, however, the call line response was really unwelcoming.”
