I’ve incorporated weekly Stretch U sessions in my training plan for a half marathon, it’s been so helpful with my recovery. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to increase flexibility and mobility!

Definitely something you want to add to your self care routine! I like how calm my body is after which last for days.It was my first time and the stretch was good. I purchased a Groupon for 3 sessions 40 minutes each. If I'm not mistaken it's the Elite Stretch. I immediately felt a generous amount of relief. I have two more sessions so I'll be back to update.

This experience was somewhere between a massage and boxing. Okay I'm exaggerating, I got a great stretch and Briya focused on the areas where I hold a lot of tension. I felt more relaxed after and took the best nap when I got home. 10/10 recommend it.
