Fiona was assigned my case due to a severe hamstring injury. She met every expectation, listened intently to discover my issues and prescribed a physical therapy session to match my specific needs. After 4 visits, including hamstring stretches, supine piriformis stretches, 90/90 nerve pump, standing hip adduction, hip extension, thoracic rotation knees, supine pelvic tilt, and lower trunk rotation I can truly say she is a professional genius. Went from a 5 to a 9 in flexibility and looking forward to my final 2 sessions to bring my total improvement to a 10. Way to go Fiona.
Best therapy ever! The staff does excellent work and are very efficient with their (and my) time. I’ve been to therapy at at least 4 other places and they are truly the best I’ve found.
