About Boutique Physio
Boutique Physio is a patient-centered practice that focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of a patient's issue, rather than just the symptoms. This one-on-one approach allows for personalized care and attention, providing the highest level of service and commitment to each patient. The practice is known for its innovative approach, including the use of the "S•Weggy", a triangle-shaped foam tool created by the practice, which has been shown to provide instant relief and improved mobility for patients with chronic lower-back pain. Patients have reported experiencing pain-free mornings for the first time in years, and have praised the practice for its thoughtful and thorough approach. Boutique Physio is particularly recommended for pregnant and postpartum women experiencing pelvic floor pain or back pain, who have seen significant improvement with the practice's personalized treatment.
Boutique Physio is the best! Their approach to physical therapy is completely different than your run of the mill Physical Therapy practice.

Seeing Adriana has made such a big difference in my quality of life. I’m 34 and have had up and down, but sometimes debilitating back pain stemming from a horseback riding injury at 15. My trouble areas have always been L4, L5S1, and most recently the new addition of sciatic that popped up about 2 years ago. My work with Adriana has taken me from feeling as if life altering surgery was inevitable, to as if I have very few physical limitations. She taught me how to actually access my deep core to protect my back and brought great relief with manual interventions and dry needling. I’m even feeling like being back in the saddle is possible. 100 percent worth every penny.
Joanne at Boutique Physio has completely saved my quality of life. Tune into my short story if you care, but I’ll lead with the fact that you cannot go wrong by at least giving her a shot.
I am currently 25 years old. Ever since I was 16 I had lower back problems and for the longest time I had no idea why. I would go to chiropractors that would pop my back for immediate relief and send me on my way. I would come back every week or so and never saw actual progress. With no avail I probably saw 6 or so chiropractors and two physical therapists from the age 16 to 24 and felt so hopeless for my life as I knew as I got older my problems would only get worse.
