Mike answered right away when I called (after hours on a Friday night even while he was going through a carwash!) He helped us assess the level of emergency with our water heater and got it replaced first thing Saturday morning! We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend The Water Heater Guy!!
Mike was phenomenal! Very kind, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I called him about our water heater leaking and he came the next morning to fix it. Unlike some other companies you call that say they are going to come and then no show. Mike is a man of his word. I can’t recommend him enough! Also he does water softener system installation so we will definitely be calling him back for that.
